  I like Chapters and have always been able to order on-line and pick-up from this store. You can browse the store but if looking for a particular book by a particular author but they are unlikely to have it in stock. One reason is that they are reducing their books and selling other items.

  I like this location. I have been here half a dozen times. The staff is friendly, with exception of stern looking security. However, not all staff know their product. Other locations I have always recieved knowledgeable recommendations (book selections and other items), but this location lacks this.

  I really enjoy going to this store because the atmosphere is so inviting. You can find almost any new books here and you can take it and sit down and relax while going through the different books that captured your interest. I really like how many magazine's that they carry. If you've got an hour too kill, go visit Chapters and enjoy everything they have too offer.

  Love this store and the chain in general. Obviously had a great selection of books but love everything else here too, like home furnishings and little knick knacks. There is a lot of cool decor stuff like photo frames and desktop mementos. My home office is pretty much set up with Chapters/Indigo products.
