    I won’t be returning to this store in future in Sunday’s and the next time I make an appointment I’m not coming to this location because I’m now uncomfortable with the staff.

    Had an issue with my device. In order to have them to take a look at it you need to schedule an appointment prior to arriving here. Arrived at the appointed time but had to wait another ten minutes before I was looked after. They couldn't fix my device but luckily it was still under warranty so it was replaced. Overall it was fast service.

    Steve was wonderful. He was very accommodating to our multiple needs with our laptop and phone. He was very friendly and able to solve all the problems we had. Steve had great customer service and would definitely recommend if you are having any sort of trouble with your apple devices.

    I’m happy with my iPhone and my Apple services but upper Canada mall definitely needs to change their employees attitude because you just lost a customer from this location due to your lack of customer service.

    This review is not just for this particular store but also Apples customer service. We booked an appointment at this store for my gf to get her battery replaced a week before the appointment. We went to the appointment and they didn't have the battery in stock, no apology or anything and we commuted an hour for this particular reason. I called Apple to ask them to cover the $30 battery charge for the inconvenience to us and also we would have to drive back to another appointment. After an hour and a half on the phone I was offered a $100 credit on the store which would buy me nothing. I declined and asked for it as a gift card or just the battery replaced. After waiting on hold for another 30 minutes I was told the customer service rep couldn't give us a gift card or any compensation for the inconveniences. I will never purchase an Apple product again, it's sad when a billion dollar company won't cover a $30 battery charge when they're at fault in this situation.

    So at this point I see that no one really wants to help me or has good customer service due to the amount of people in the store and the staffs general lack of empathy because I guess you figure it’s busy and you’re stressed so why bother helping this person.

    Went in on a Sunday, yes I should preemptively expected it to be busy however the woman I made the appointment with on the phone said make an appointment so you won’t have to wait so long. So I go in expecting to be served by someone or asked if I need assistance but this was not the case due to the high amount of traffic in the mall. I walked through the store looking around searching for any free employees. I finally found a few that were in the midst of working on something and asked where I would go for my appointment or who do I speak to since this is my first time and I have no idea what I’m doing I expected them to realize that and therefore help me out but they didn’t. They said speak to that guy and moved his head in the direction he was not even pointing him out then continued what they were doing without making sure I even knew who they were pointing at so I asked again, that guy? And pointed at a bald man. They said yes, so I go over but there’s a line of around 8 people meanwhile my appointment was at that time so either these people don’t actually have an appointment or this store is really behind due to the business I’m not sure. So at this point I’m frustrated, I looked around in search of anyone else to speak to and I asked yet another associate what the process is since I had an appointment. She barely looks at me and says you have to wait like everyone else who had an appointment. Then continues her conversation with the other employee.

    Made an appointment for an iPhone 6 battery replacement one week ago, but when I arrived, was told they did not have the battery in stock. Then Nick, the rep who was assisting me made an analogy to taking your car into the garage for a repair and not having all the parts to fix it. I think a more apt analogy would be like making an appointment for an oil change, and showing up only to find out they have no oil. It seems consistent with many other reviews I have read that claim Apple is doing everything in its power to avoid honouring their commitment to replace the battery at a reduced cost.
