    I called to get help from warranty department in Newmarket and the supervisor Simone was so rude to me. I bought this t.v. 1yr and 1 day ago and just because I didn't purchase the extended warranty I was insulted by her about not doing so. On top of it she told me if I needed to complain i can do so on the company website and she hung up on me. Worse experience ever. There was no problem taking my $5000 cash for all the purchases I made that day and now when I need some help. Instead of helping me she yells and insulted me. Wow. Thanks the brick for leaving me with a bad taste. Wont be shopping again next time i go to Leons or another place.

    Worst Customer Service...Find another Store. Just tried to return something that I bought 9 days ago at the Newmarket location and was denied. Spoke to the Operations Manager who is supposed to be leading the customer service team, she has no compassion on understanding. She needs be in a different role. I had to drag the information out from her and kept on making me feel like she was doing me a favor. Will never shop at any Brick Store. If you are in Newmarket try Bouclair or Chesterfield. Great customer service!

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have traveled the world. They ordered us the wrong colour couch, and didn't bother letting us know it wouldn't arrive for a week after the date scheduled. When we called the store to ask where our couch was, we are told that it might arrive next week and that it wasn't ready yet! Did they call us to let us know? No! When we asked to speak to the manager, they refused to put one the phone and passed us off to what would be a train of 5 different sales reps. Not one sorry was given, were told we didn't know our colours because the black sofa we ordered and saw in person was ordered in brown and maybe would arrive a week after the scheduled delivery date. Not one would give a reason why the couch would be late or why no one called to tell us. Not one would hand the phone to a manager, and not one would do anything to resolve the issue One laughed when he was told that now we have nothing to sit on in our living room as we got rid of the old couch in preparation for today's delivery. They just kept asking us to cancel our order. So if you want to be laughed at, lied to, passed off and completely disrespected then this is the place for you. They were nice as pie when they took our money though OF COURSE!! So my mother and husband were forced to actually go to the store to get some answers. The sales people were rude, didn't seem to care at all and one actually who was supposed to be helping my mother and husband RAN AND HID like a 5 year old girl. My mother who if fighting cancer had to go find him from where he was hiding and she said "You are supposed to be helping us!" Imagine a grown man HIDING like a baby from a woman fighting cancer!!! This brought my mother to TEARS in the middle of the store and she said " I CANT TAKE THIS I AM FIGHTING CANCER!!!!" A female sales rep BACKED UP!! One with a beard said "sorry" after that. Nothing was resolved, we're now told it will arrive Wednesday. I will never step foot in this place ever again. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!! SHAME ON ALL OF YOUR STAFF! I hope the image of my mother in tears in the store with no hair haunts you for life. How DARE you do this to your customers.

    For 3 months of trying to get an answers from customer service about the deteriorating sofa I bought 3 years ago and had warranty, and only after contacting the company on Facebook someone took the time to return to me a week after they said they will. We eventually exchange the sofa and added a more money. It was at the end of this year and only today on February they send it to me. To my surprise the sofa came without the legs. The customer service manager or store manager told me that there is nothing we can do she will order the links and eats might take up to 4 weeks to come or that you will just exchange myself I ask her kindly to cancel the deal and she was not willing to do so. She was rude and arrogant and even smirked over the phone. She asked me to check if there is no hidden zipper in the sofa because she didn't believe the drivers know how a zipper looks like. When I asked to cancel the whole deal she said thatthis is not an option, she simply ignored my request to cancel the deal.

    I had a very good experience with a sale gentleman, Wes, who is very professional in his job and I give these 2 stars just because of him! But after sale customer service is awful and their staff are unfriendly. I spent more than 10k here to buy almost all my furniture, and after receiving them I found a coffee table with manufacturer defect in my stuff. I took the table back to the store and their customer service asked me to keep it at home until they call me the day after that. They never call me that day and so I called them 3 times within 6 hours, every time I was asked for my information and after few minutes being hold on the line was told same thing: "sorry, we'll fix an exchange time and call you back in few minutes". They never called me even after 2 hours though! Finally I went to the store another time and after asking to see the store manager they eventually set an exchange time for 7 days later and asked me to keep the defective table in my home till then. I simply never shop here again!
